Model United Nations challenges students in the areas of discipline, teamwork and follow-through as they prepare resolutions that address pressing global issues. They learn critical thinking skills, strategy, negotiation and debate while gaining an appreciation for diplomacy and diverse viewpoints. Almost more importantly, Model UN participants discover the human side of international relations.

CSUN frequently wins awards at Model UN conferences, often placing first as a team and as individual delegates.
