Meet Our Panelists
Zach Jennings, Chief Executive Officer
Zach leads the company’s vision, guides its growth and drives innovation. With leadership experience in renewable energy and real estate, he has brought next-generation solutions to properties around the country. Prior to Chargie, Zach served as SVP of Operations at PCS Energy, where he led the team to become the largest installer of commercial solar systems in Los Angeles. He holds a B.S. from the University of San Diego.
Tracy Chou, SVP of Product
Tracy leads product development and management efforts and oversees Chargie’s end-user experience. She previously held senior product design and development roles with consumer, healthcare, and media companies, including Boingo Wireless, Juice Pharma Worldwide and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Tracy holds a B.S. from Northwestern University.
Leah Gambino, Director of Sales Operations
Leah serves as the Director of Sales Operations at Chargie, providing critical support for the business development team by managing streamlined processes, tools, and training. Prior to this role, she served as an Account Manager at Chargie and a Regional Representative at PCS Energy. Leah holds a B.S. from Siena Heights University.
Jaideep Upadhyay, Director of Government Affairs
Jaideep serves as the Director of Government Affairs at Chargie. He builds relationships with policymakers and regulatory agencies and leads in the research, development, and submission of a variety of both public and private funding opportunities, including grant, rebate, and incentive programs. Jaideep previously served as Program Manager at UNITE-LA and the LA Chamber of Commerce. He holds a B.A. from CSUN.
